August Weddings
It's a coincidence that I got to work with Fiona from Fifoto for 2 weddings in a row in August.
The first was Trina & Mario's wedding dinner, held at the Apartment in KLCC. Trina wanted a simple 'Jane Austen' look, so I used earthy tones for her make-up and held half her hair back with an antique hairband she discovered at a market while travelling. Photos by Fiona and Steve.
The next morning itself Fiona, Steve and I began our journey to Lumut followed by a 20 minutes boat ride to Pangkor Laut! I had the rest of the day off and only started 'work' the next day for Sofia & Islam's akad nikah. Sofia wanted simple make-up so I used lots of white shimmer on her eyelids and bright red lipstick to compliment the red roses on her fabulous dress. Then I tied her hair up into a bun and used flowers from her dress as accessories for the hair. Thank you Jeff Mong, Manager of Pangkor Laut Resort.
